Tasting notes

Colour: Bright and intense ruby red, with mahogany tones.

Bouquet: Fruity with spicy notes of the oak. Aromas of ripe red fruits predominate over vanilla, cinnamon and black pepper.

Palate: The wine is light, fruity, with some acidity that gives it vitality and an aftertaste of the oak ageing.

Elaboration

Each variety is picked and fermented separately. Premaceration in cold, maceration and fermentation. Ageing for 6 months in French oak barrels (300l). After this period, the 2 wines are blended for bottling and continue with the ageing in bottle.
